The candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable dealing with a fast paced customer service environment. Candidate will interface heavily with Operations to achieve shipment goals, meet turn-around time requirements, and attain world class customer service levels. Interface with other cross-functional groups such as Engineering, Quality, Finance, Customer Support Managers and Field Representatives is also necessary.
- Managing repair purchase orders from a diverse range of airline customers
- Managing to contractual and/or internal requirements
- Preparing and sending repair quotations
- Providing timely response to customer communications
- Customer hold follow up efforts
- Processing of exchange assets and supporting continuous process improvement activities
- Ability to listen, learn, and communicate cross-functionally
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail and focus on results

- 3-5 years' work experience
- Experience with SAP business system Customer Service and/or Aerospace experience
- High school diploma, at a minimum
