General Scope of Work:
The incumbent will responsible to achieve the allocated sales target on annual basis to support Otis’ business goals.
- Retaining current maintenance agreements through good customer service and selling on factors other than price.
- Estimating, negotiating, and selling service and maintenance contracts to obtain new units on maintenance agreements.
- To prepare sales quotations and tenders and ensure price estimates are accurate.
- Monitoring collection of accounts.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Sales experience in elevator and escalators industry will be advantageous.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.
- Customer focused with ability to interact with customers professionally.
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
- Results driven with exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
- Willing to learn on the job and as a team player.
