- Establish local new customers as well as expansion of sales with existing
customers to in crease overall market share.
- Formulate, Analyze and Strategize according to market condition to identify potential market as well as products to focus on effective business
- Develop and keep abreast of the latest technologies, products, and solutions in the markets.
- Work closely with Technical team to provide solutions to customers.
- To prepare and attend tender clarifications with business partners and
negotiation with prospects.
- Submitting weekly project pipeline opportunity and report on conversation
opportunity to management.
Customer Management :
- Manage customer relationships, with particular attention to supporting key customer senior level contacts throughout country.
- Develop relationships with SIs, Consultants and End users.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build strong customer-focused, Sales, Operational and Strategic capabilities
- Increase pull through of Security products with UTC Security Solutions.
- Drive a solid understanding of market data and customer segments within the team to support growth plans.
Bachelor Degree technology preferable Electronics Engineering.
- Sales Leader experience of growing sales
- Experience and understanding of Sales processes and role of Key stake
holders like System Integrators (SIs), Consultants and End Users in the
