CAF77: CCS - CIB 13995 Pasteur Blvd , Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 33418 USAThe Talent Partner acts as a critical thought partner and subject matter expert in the development and implementation of talent pipeline programs (e.g., L&D, succession pool management, performance, diversity & inclusion, engagement, etc.) within the region for an assigned business unit. Someone in this role will work to understand talent needs as they relate to business strategies, and partner with local HR teams to maximize how we strategically invest in the attraction, development and retention of talent, including monitoring key performance metrics to ensure success. The incumbent will work to increase consistency in employee experience and enhance engagement. Additionally, this person will be relied upon as a subject matter expert of one or more key talent functions (e.g., D&I, Performance, L&D), working with global value stream leaders to design and implement new or enhanced talent programs across the services we provide. Job Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Education: BS/BA in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field. MBA or Master’s in I/O Psychology, Org Development, or related field is preferred. Work Experiences: At least 5+ years of experience in Talent Management or strategic HR role, including 2+ years of project management experience. Having significant experience in one or more specialized fields within talent management (e.g., L&D, D&I, Performance, Talent Pipeline and Succession Pool Development) is highly preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to manage Talent and Performance projects and programs within a matrixed work environment with multiple competing priorities. Ability to think strategically to create solutions that are aligned to business objectives and aimed at enhancing the employee experience. Strong consultation and client service skills with the ability to facilitate insights, influence leaders at all levels and guide talent decisions throughout the business. Ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders, including experience working closely with colleagues with varying perspectives and across multiple sites and geographies. Strong understanding of the key talent metrics and analytics that can drive strategic decision making in the business. Experience identifying skills gaps and managing a complex talent pipeline, including multiple workforce segments and across businesses that have varying needs. Has a passion for learning and staying at the forefront of the field to ensure strategies and platforms are leading the way and future focused. Ability to be agile, adapt to changing business landscapes and embrace change. Willing and able to lean in to make an impact beyond own Area of Responsibility (AOR). Examples of Job Responsibilities Talent Management Program Design and Implementation Partner with the BU HR teams in the development of proactive talent strategies aligned with business objectives. L&D – Conduct needs assessments, and create training and development plans for the business to address large and/or critical skills gaps in the organization. Work with Global L&D team to identify and implement scalable solutions. Talent Management – Actively manage the talent pipeline for the assigned business/sub-region to ensure bench strength is continually improving. Monitor HiPo and succession pools to ensure that people are gaining necessary experiences that prepare them for future roles. D&I – Ensuring that all programs implemented have elements that will continually evolve Carrier as a company that values inclusivity and a workforce that reflects the diversity of the people who buy our products. Performance – Proactively communicates with HR teams around the performance process. Shares tools and resources to encourage more valuable conversations. Change, OD and Culture – Acts as an ambassador to the company culture, ensuring that our programs are driving the behaviors we value as a company. Provides HR teams with standard guidelines, tools and resources to help manage change and OD. Engagement - Provides insights, recommendations and guidance on how to change perspectives as a result of pulse survey feedback. Strategy and thought partnership: Acts as a thought partner to local HRBPs and HRM teams in the planning and implementation of talent strategies and programs. Acts as the main point of contact and the key subject matter expert for assigned region/country/business unit talent programs and projects. Solves complex problems that arise in the implementation and management of these programs. Provides feedback from the business on talent programs to the global COE teams. Researches best practices, benchmarks and makes recommendations for improvements to talent programs. Partnership and Relationship Management: Actively builds trusting relationships with BU HR Leaders and HRM teams, business leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure global strategy consistency, scalability and success. Works closely with key stakeholders to develop a keen understanding of business needs in order to create and implement seamlessly integrated talent solutions. Ensures that there is on-going two way communication and feedback in the management of assigned projects and programs. Project and Program Management: Responsible for operationalizing and implementing talent projects and programs in partnership with the global work stream teams. Leads cross-functional projects, including collaborating closely with HRM teams and leading project teams through the successful implementation of the changes/enhancements. Implement key performance indicators and metrics to ensure that programs are making the intended impacts and that projects are being managed efficiently.
