The PDC 30K Product Line Manager will be the voice of the PDC to both the program office and the supply base, setting the execution plans with the PDC team and driving them across the supply base, and setting the tone and energy level with the teams in MT and MTU. You shall be a highly motivated and effective team player with strong communication and influential skills.

Job responsibilities include (while not limited to):

Ensuring execution to the Quality, Delivery (incl Contract) and Cost objectives across both Middletown, CT and the MTU Munich, Germany sites.

Managing the roll-up of plan, risks and issues through the daily critical issue call, the Blue Sheets, and the weekly LE and monthly MML Managing the MRP planning and network structure changes to support lead time and inventory initiatives

Responsible for the capacity assessment and site load management across the PDC.

Lead the WOC initiative for the 30K program across assembly and Test, covering both hours (Cycle Time) and Lead time.

Accountable for the Aged Inventory management at MTU

Lead the neo MCAB along with the Quality Program Line Manager, driving focus on improving quality signature, high quality DIVEs, and processes built for sustainment.

Drive the MRL initiative for the PIP program and manage the Integrated Industrial Plan, Industrial capacity and Responsible for the MTU Expat Transition plan achieving at the end 1Q20 MTU able to operate effectively, independent of the PDC expat support, and trialing before complete transition at the end of 2Q20.

Support and lead initiatives in alignment with the PDC Culture mission, including communication/all-hands with the teams.

Required Qualifications:

o BA/BS degree required

o BA/BS and minimum 10 years’ experience.

o Minimum 8 years’ experience in a leadership role.

o U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Strong customer focus, analytical skills and business knowledge.

o Ability to work with all levels of management.

o Proven ability to motivate teams to obtain high levels of performance and to accomplish goals.

o Success working in a high energy and fast paced manufacturing environment with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions.

o Ability to plan projects and to use written/verbal/analytical/org skills to influence business objectives.

o Experience in Continuous Improvement.

o Ability to craft clear communication

o ACE Certification.
