This role is responsible for providing administrative support across several human resource functions including employee data management, employee relations, policy compliance and communications.

Highlights of job duties include:

  • Accurate maintenance of employee personnel files, electronic data and other employee information in a confidential manner and in compliance with applicable policies, laws and records retention schedule
  • Compile, analyze and report Human Resources metrics, respond to ad hoc data analysis requests and provide information in an accurate, timely fashion
  • General office management including purchase order maintenance, paying invoices, administration related to company ghost card and similiar administrative tasks


LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Under minimal supervision, performs varied and complex tasks
  • Applies advanced skills to perform functions of the position within assigned area
  • Adapts new procedures, techniques, tools and materials to meet the more complex requirements of the position
  • May reply on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish some assigned tasks and goals
  • Resolves most questions and problems, may serve as a resource on several topics, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels
  • May orient, train, assign and check the work of other employees

EDUCATION:

The ideal candidate will possess an Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from an accredited University with proven senior level administrative support abilities in a corporate setting.

TYPICAL EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS degree, Master’s Degree and/or MBA

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative support experience with role progression
  • Unwavering customer service orientation
  • Demonstrates discretion, able to work with sensitive and confidential materials
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
