Located in East Hartford, Connecticut, the MQ-25 Program Integration Manager is responsible for supporting the MQ-25 IPMT in managing all aspects of the program to ensure goals are met. This exciting program will apply the Pratt & Whitney Canada PW815 commercial engine to the U.S. Navy carrier-based unmanned MQ-25 vehicle, in the Engineering and Manufacturing Development contract anticipated this summer. The MQ-25 will be the first operational aircraft of its type, providing aerial re-fueling and surveillance capability to the carrier strike force in a new unmanned wing. The Program Integration Manager has the following responsibilities: - Lead proposal teams and ensure Program planning supports execution of Program - Lead Government/Customer and internal “what-if” studies for requirements and budget development - Support customer communications and CDRL/SDRL deliverables - IPMT focal point for EVMS/resource allocation and distribution of Program requirements (resources, budget and schedule) to functional organizations consistent with budget - Responsible for management of integrated schedule networks to support critical path analysis - Ensure program baseline, incorporation of changes, and development and allocation of Management Reserve is consistent with EVMS and contract - Understand and monitor expenditure drivers to support a profitable fixed-price development program - Support escape-free Agreement Control Plan execution and export control process with P&W Canada and the customer - Oversee PMI process for consistent control of information flow and intellectual property protections The successful candidate will have technical and project/program management experience to efficiently execute complex program activities as well as experience managing government proposals. The ability to guide and make sound business decisions consistent with program strategies, and a strong understanding of and experience with export regulations is required. The individual selected will need to be flexible in responding to evolving program needs throughout the execution of activities.


Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree in a technical discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in program and/or project management
  • 3+ years’ experience in the aerospace industry
  • US Citizenship required due to access to proprietary information
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or other advanced business degree
  • Ability to work multiple projects interacting with a dynamic engineering, contract, legal and finance team
  • ACE/Six Sigma continuous process improvement team experience
  • Pratt & Whitney JC Level 2 certification or equivalent export control licenses certification/training
  • Experience executing the Military Engines proposal process
  • Working knowledge of P&W EV and IMS tools
  • Knowledge of SAP program cost reporting tools and P&W OMM forecasting process
  • Military program product development, field support or sustainment experience

Education: Required: BS degree in a technical discipline
Preferred: Master’s degree, PMP
