Customer Technical Services (CTS) and Maintenance Data Engineering (MDE) group at Pratt & Whitney is currently looking for a motivated and talented Intern to join its team in support of commercial gas turbine engines. The CTS and MDE group is responsible for airline operational support, field investigation, fleet management, develop/distribute all maintenance procedures, common shop practices (SPOPs) and the development/planning of aftermarket support equipment needed to fully maintain and overhaul an engine and it’s major components, both on-wing and in a shop environment.
In this role, the Intern will get exposure to and learn engineering skills necessary to support design, development, validation, production implementation and management of advanced operational engines flying across the globe.
The Intern will work tasks and challenging problems focused on engine safety, reliability, capability, robustness and affordability within small engineering teams with mentoring and coaching from experts and senior engineers in the field. Do you meet these Basic Qualifications?
- You're in an accredited undergraduate or graduate engineering degree program.
- Fields of study:BS or MS degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- You will have at least 30 credits prior to starting your internship
- You have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

- Candidates currently in their sophomore and junior years of an undergraduate program are encouraged to apply. Students in graduate programs are also eligible.
