The Otis Americas HQ OTISLINE Department in Bloomfield, CT has an opening for a customer service representative. OTISLINE® is a unique, quality-driven, customer-focused environment. OTISLINE® employees work directly for Otis, and are experts in the elevator industry. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Requires the ability to understand customer needs, aptitude to engage customer in conversation throughout the entire call, while navigating multiple tools, and to be adaptive to dynamic work environment.
Education / Certifications:
High School Diploma
Experience / Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, listening and written as well as attention to detail and the ability to follow standard processes and procedures. Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
The candidate is required to speak French.
The following are minimum requirements:
- Attendance: less than 40 hours unplanned
- Escapes: No sev 1, 2 or 3 escapes, or customer service skills related escapes
- Warnings: no warnings for unprofessional behavior
- CSS score: 9 or above for the last 6 months
