The selected candidate will be responsible for updating online help file and working to add content to existing files. This role will involve working with various mod departments to determine correct content. The candidate will also be responsible for documenting and maintaining standard work processes.
The candidate will also be involved in retrieving messages left on the MOD Hotline and working to provide a solution to the issues left on the hotline.
A suitable candidate would be a student in a program of studies leading to a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or Business Administration.
The successful candidate should possess demonstrated organizational, inter-personal and excellent analytical skills. The ability to work as both an individual contributor and in a team environment is desirable. Excellent verbal, communication and customer service skills are a must. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
