Business Unit

At Collins Aerospace, This Operations graduate opportunity is an entry level role that doubles as a development programme designed to introduce the candidate to multiple areas of the organisation to build up experience and knowledge

This rotational programme will gain experience and exposure in the following areas:

  • Hydro-mechanical operations
  • Electronic operations
  • Logistics
  • Site Services and Asset Care
  • Support functions

Principle Duties / Responsibilities

  • Learning about the wider organisation, in addition to operations, will be key to the development of the successful candidate
  • Planning and coordinating to assist the Operations Manager/s
  • Forward thinking project work to include continuous improvement activities
  • Participation in external training
  • The opportunity to work in a challenging environment with real responsibilities that will provide a sense of achievement

Essential Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level (2:1 or above) or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal/communications skills
  • A commercial mindset
  • A forward thinking approach
  • The ability to see feedback and setbacks as opportunities to learn and improve
  • Confident and ambitious; not afraid to ask questions or challenge appropriately
  • The desire to adopt our values; Integrity, Ideas and Performance.
