You will provide Engine Program Administrative Support to Program Item Repair Managers, Engineers and Purchasing Business Operations.

Typical Duties: Order Office Supplies, Create Purchase Order Requisitions, Create Sales Orders in SAP, Create Purchase Orders in SAP, Making Entries in USAF Government Reporting Systems such as Commercial Asset Visibility Reporting System (CAVS) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), Create Scrap Certificates in Microsoft Word, Filing, Other Clerical Duties as Assigned.

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:
  • You graduated with a High School Diploma
  • 2 + years proficiency in Microsoft Software; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • You are a US Citizen required due to Federal contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • You have a 2 year degree in related business field
  • Program Administration Experience a plus
  • You Experience with SAP, ERP systems preferred
  • Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement Experience
  • Good Computer Keyboarding Skills (Speed and accuracy)
  • Effective Communication Skills & Attention to details
  • Ability to work with others
